To receive a custom-tailored proposal for your cleaning project, you must schedule an in-person or video walkthrough with us. This crucial step allows us to accurately assess the condition of your home and the scope of work required. This flexibility ensures we can accommodate your schedule and create a cleaning plan that meets your needs.
Our services include the use of commonlty used cleaning supplies and most equipment needed for tidying up your apartment, except for a few items: Toilet brush, Specialty products, such as wood cleaner, bleach, stainless steel cleaner, and paint remover.
Should you wish us to use any of the above, please provide them and leave clear instructions for our cleaning team.
Your appointments are crucial to us at Sparkly Maids. We reserve your slot exclusively for you and kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any schedule changes to avoid late cancellation and rescheduling fees. A late-cancellation will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total amount.

It requires specialized cleaning techniques and equipment to remove all traces of construction, particularly the fine dust that can settle into unseen nooks and crannies.
